SANDWICH RECIPE
"Korean Street Food Ham and Cheese Toast"
Ingredients :
Cheese Toast
- 2 sliced bread
- 1 Sliced cheese
- 2 Egg
- 1/2 (50g) Green onion
- Salt
- Butter
Ham and Cheese Toast
- 2 Slices of bread
- 1 Sliced ham
- 1 Sliced cheese
- 2 Egg
- 1/2 (100g) Cabbage
- 1/4 (25g) Green onion
- 1/2 (50g) Carrot
- Salt
- Butter
Instructions:
- Chop up the carrot into small cubes.
- Finely chopped green onions.
- Thinly slice cabbage.
- Whisk 2 eggs in a small bowl for each toast recipe.
We’re going to make
two separate egg mixtures for our toast.
- Add finely chopped green onions to our egg mixture for our cheese toast
- Grease the pan with margarine
- Pour in the egg mixture
- Put 2 slices of bread over the mixture.
- Fold over the egg’s excess edges inwardly
- Flip the bread occasionally until golden brown.
- Serve while hot.
- Combine cabbage, carrot, green onions, and sea salt with the egg mixture.
- Grease the pan with butter or margarine.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Add two slices of bread over the egg mixture.
- Fold over the egg’s excess edges inwardly.
- Place 1 slice of cheese over the bread then fold it over.
- Grease the pan one more time cooking the ham in it.
- Add the slice of cheese and ham over the bread.
- Flip the bread occasionally until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Decorate the cutlets as required and serve them to your loved ones.
