Fish Patties Recipe



Ingredients :

  • A cup of bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt powder
  • Water

Instruction :

Take a bowl, add bread flour and salt, mix it, add oil, and add water little by little to form a dough that does not stick to your hand. Then knead it for about 5 minutes and keep it covered for about 20 minutes.

  • Shredded yams (10g)
  • 100 grams of canned salmon
  • Cut an onion in finely.
  • Cut two green chili pods in finely.
  • Curry powder
  • One teaspoon of all chili powder
  • A teaspoon of pepper
  • Salt powder to taste
  • Two tablespoons of coconut oil
  • A little turmeric
  • A tablespoon of crushed garlic and onion
👉Put one on the stove and put oil when the oil gets hot, add crushed ginger, garlic, curry powder, green chilies, and green onions, and temper it, then add pieces of chilies and turmeric powder, salt, and pepper powder according to taste.

👉After making it, keep it on the stove for a while, taste the saltiness and remove it from the stove and let it cool down.

👉Then take the flour mill and roll it out thinly on a board with the help of a rolling pin.

👉Then cut circles with the help of a cutter, put some filling in the middle, and seal with a little water around the circle.
